This puppy can do 20-30MPH! The 47cc engine is fueled by a Dell?Orto carburetor and is race ready. This is not a regular "scooter" engine and the speed posted is a fair aprox. with a 120 LB rider sea level condition on paved track. Just unpack, assembly takes 10 minutes, gas it up and go.
