Most of the products you purchase at Tomali Bikes Online Store, like scooters, mopeds and motorcycles are legal in every state. You will need to read under the product specifications to see if they are legal in California or other states.

The Steps to obtain a title and to register your new Fast Racing Moped, Scooter, Motorcycles are as follows:

These are the forms or documents you should expect when you buy at Tomali Bike's on-line store:

A C/O (Certificate of Origin) also known as an MSO (Manufacturer Statement of Origin) and a Bill of Sale.

What is a C/O? A Certificate of Origin is an official document that allows the scooter to be released from the importer to the dealer. The dealer than transfers this title to you, the buyer.

For security reasons, this document is sent separately by mail approximately 2 – 4 days after the shipment of the scooter, motorcycle, or moped.

After you receive these documents, you will need to take your scooter or motorcycles to the local DMV (Department of Motor Vehicle) along with your documents. The DMV representative will inspect and compare the VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) to ensure it matches the official documents. The will also make sure that your vehicle is safe and legal to ride on the streets.

You may be required to pay sales taxes, registration and/or any additional fees to be issued a license plate for your new vehicle.

CALIFORNIA customers – you need to be sure to check the product specifications to make sure that your vehicle is legal to ride in the state of California. California laws have very strict regulations regarding EPA (Environmental Protection Act) laws.

We, Tomali Bikes, will assume all responsibility if you purchase a product through our company. If we advertise your product as street legal and you find out it isn't street legal, these conditions will apply:

• Under the product specifications table, the moped, motorcycles or scooter must be advertised as “street legal”

• You must notify us immediately, and follow our instructions to quickly resolve the issue, you will be issued a (RMA) Return of Merchandise Authorization Number PRIOR to the return.

• The mileage on the bike MUST have 20 miles or less. NOT MORE THAN 20 Miles. A notarized odometer disclosure statement must be submitted.

• The original packaging and bike must not be damaged.
